"The only thing missing was the restaurant was closed down until November ! I was not notified that the restaurant would be closed as I was relying on it for our meals during our stay . We had to to to the Fort George Hotel next door where the meals are insanely over priced for what you get ! We were not interested in roaming Belize City after dark as is can be very dangerous for tourists ."

"I’ve traveled quite extensively since 2016, both for work and pleasure. Been to amazing places and encountered incredible people. Nothing has been better than my recent spontaneous trip to Belize. Hospitality at the forefront of everything and The Palms Kings Park exceeded every expectation and then some. The staff are incredible and the property was phenomenal. Attention to detail including safety and security. If you visit magical Belize and plan to stay in Belize City, stay here. Location is perfect! This quaint modern hotel takes care of their guests like family. A+, 5+ rating. I can’t thank them enough for everything. I’ll be back in 3 weeks for another adventure…"

"Nice small boutique hotel with a lovely pool - the pool has a great view of the river, and a swim up bar. I'm not a big drinker, but had a fantastic selection of juices available every day. The person I was with tried a new mixed drink every day. The restaurant is lovely and generally quiet; we also had a good selection of breakfast buffet each day. And the service was always excellent - if I could give them 20/10 I would. Our suite was fantastic - a real suite with a living room and 2 separate bedrooms. All of them with a great view of the river outside. As a hotel, it is slightly better for people who are driving themselves. We frequently relied on the hotel's internal shuttle service (not free, but generally cheaper than getting a taxi), and it limited our dinner options. I expect that to change shortly - I can see the area being more built up in a year or so."
